Quick Start Guide



When a customer signs up with Innovative Gateway Solutions, the need to
configure their Gateway Account to accept payment requests from their
Miva Merchant store.

To do this they will first need to configure
the Innovative Gateway Solutions module in Payment Settings in Miva Merchant admin.

They will then need to place a test order through their Miva Merchant store.
The order should fail,  generating this error message:


Customers get an email with a link to their gateway:
https://merchants.innovativegateway.com
have them log in.

**NOTE - HAVE THEM UPDATE THEIR PASSWORD**
If they have not changed their Username
and Password before they called us, this is a goodtime to have them
change it. (The Username and Password are computer generated and are
hard to remember and are Case Sensitive.)

Click on:
1. Reports
           2. Transaction Search
        3. [Search] button


4. Click the Trans ID of the failed test order.

**NOTE - If you don't see this screen pop up, check your browsers popup blocker settings.**

5. Copy the the Purchaser IP
and close this window


Click on:
6. Security
           7. Edit Registered IPs
 8. Add An IP

**NOTE - If you don't see this screen pop up, check your browsers popup blocker settings.**

9.       Paste the IP Address in the field.
Click on [Add The IP]
  Click on [Close Window]

You're Done!
