Tragic Tantrum is San Diego's ONLY Dark Cabaret band. The Tragic Tantrum Cabaret have been leaders in waking up the local Dark Cabaret scene. They have created a niche for the macabre, the quirky and the strange to band together and create a world just as delightfully dark and beautiful. Not only a haven for the eccentric, but also a curious pleasure for the local music scene, they have performed venues ranging from the world renowned Casbah, The Elysium Festival, and the San Diego Independent Music Festival. On Valentine's Day of 2009, they showed their love for the Satanists in Northern California playing Karla Levey's "Devil's Valentine's Ball" in San Fransisco. During the summer of 2009 they hosted their own night club called Carnival Noir for all ages to partake in. The club was a complete success and paved the road for a more cohesive underage scene. They've been written on multiple times in the San Diego Reader, The Union Tribune, City Beat, and SD Performer Magazine.

Incorporating elements of circus, theater and cabaret, the TTC create an environment that will titillate the senses on all levels. With visuals to accompany the music, they arouse the darker parts of your imagination to "come out and play."
